Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:30 PM

Sunday: Weekly Off

Work Type: Primarily desk-based/computer work.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, reconciliations, cash flow, taxation, and financial reporting. The candidate should be able to independently manage accounting functions and provide accurate financial information to management.

Education & Experience

- MBA in Finance preferred.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter or relevant skilled qualification is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in furniture, manufacturing, retail, trading or similar industries preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations, financial records, creditors and debtors.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, ageing analysis and reconciliations.
- Manage inventory accounting and reconciliation.
- Monitor payments, loans, EMIs, recurring expenses and cash flow.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor,



customer and account reconciliations.
- Conduct financial and ratio analysis for management.
- Ensure GST, TDS, taxation and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, CAs, banks, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Maintain financial documentation, records and internal controls.
- Provide financial reports and analysis for business decision-making.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, formulas and data reconciliation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
