Senior Accountant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant Manager to manage the company's accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and supporting management with financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, reconciliation, and team management, along with the ability to handle accounting operations independently.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and routine accounting entries.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
3. Manage bank, ledger, customer, vendor, and other account reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
4. Handle and monitor GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance-related activities in coordination with internal/external consultants wherever required.
5. Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables/payables, expenses, and other financial transactions and provide relevant updates to management.
6. Supervise and guide the accounts team, review their work,



and ensure accounting processes and company policies are followed properly.
7. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders for accounting, documentation, reconciliation, and financial matters.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and reconciliations.
- Experience in handling GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Experience in team handling and supervision will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
- Candidate should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling accounting operations independently.

Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.

Salary :

Salary will be based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and interview performance. The final compensation will be decided based on overall suitability for the role.
