Position: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting operations, BUSY Accounting Software, E-Way Bills, Accounts Payable, ledger reconciliation, and financial statements. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts and supporting GST and statutory compliance. BUSY supports accounting reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, payables and receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in BUSY Software.
- Manage Accounts Payable, vendor invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
- Prepare and verify E-Way Bills and related transportation documentation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Trial Balance.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor payable and receivable outstanding reports.
- Verify invoices, GST details,



HSN/SAC and other accounting documents.
- Assist in GST-related records, reconciliations and compliance.
- Maintain proper books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, vendors and internal departments.
- Prepare periodic financial and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of month-end/year-end activities.

Required Skills:

- Strong practical knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.
- Good knowledge of E-Way Bills.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L; and Trial Balance.
- Good knowledge of GST and basic taxation.
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Preferred Candidate:

A candidate who can independently handle complete accounting operations and has hands-on experience working on BUSY Software, E-Way Bills, payables and financial reporting.

Pay: ₹14,433.98 - ₹35,772.75 per month
