Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.

The Senior

Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting MIS reporting, and assisting with budgeting and cash flow monitoring.

Accountant will oversee statutory records, coordinate with auditors for tax, GST,



and other audits, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The position also supports process improvement initiatives, implementation of internal controls, and provides guidance to junior accounting staff where required.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Experience with taxation and compliance, such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, and coordination with statutory audits.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, including MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ability to implement and maintain internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices in finance operations.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; professional qualifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team workplace.
