SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – REAL ESTATE

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced senior accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate accounting, finance management, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and budgets.
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor project-wise expenses, revenues, and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of property/project transactions and financial documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Monitor cash flow and support management in financial decision-making.
- Ensure timely payments, collections,



and vendor settlements.
- Lead and supervise accounting activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements
- 7–10+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Prior experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Solid analytical, reporting, and financial management skills.
- Ability to independently handle the company’s finance and accounting functions.
- Good communication and team-management skills.

What We’re Looking For A responsible and detail-orientated finance professional who can independently manage the company’s accounts and finance operations and provide accurate financial information to management. Work Location: JP Nagar 9th Phase, Bengaluru

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
