About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Follow-Up Executive with solid knowledge of US

Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up,

outstanding account resolution, denials, rejections, failures, and aged AR. Candidates with prior experience in Physician Billing and EPIC will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform timely and effective AR follow-up on outstanding US healthcare accounts.

 Work extensively on aged/old AR and take appropriate action to recover outstanding balances.

 Review account status, identify payment delays, and determine the appropriate follow-

up action.

 Handle denials, rejections, claim failures, inactive accounts, and other AR-related issues.

 Contact insurance companies and other relevant stakeholders to obtain claim/payment status and resolve outstanding issues.

 Maintain accurate and complete documentation of follow-up activities and account status.





 Ensure assigned accounts are worked within defined TAT and productivity requirements.

 Analyze AR trends and identify recurring issues affecting collections.

 Develop strong knowledge of assigned clients, specialties, billing processes, and

Practice Management (PM) systems.

 Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets.

 Escalate complex or unresolved accounts to the appropriate team/management.

 Participate in team meetings, process discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 Follow company policies, client guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Graduate in any discipline.

 3 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Follow-Up / RCM.

 Strong understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.

 Hands-on experience in AR follow-up and aged AR.

 Good understanding of denials, rejections, claim failures, and insurance follow-up.

 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

 Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
