- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Perform bank, ledger, and balance-sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and account adjustments.

- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable and ensure timely processing of transactions.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and variance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

- Coordinate with auditors and provide supporting schedules and documentation during audits.

- Review financial transactions and identify accounting errors or irregularities.

- Maintain proper documentation and ensure financial records are complete and audit-ready.

- Support tax-related activities, including GST/TDS and other statutory requirements, as applicable.

- Develop and maintain internal controls to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

- Assist management with financial analysis and other accounting-related projects.





- Guide junior accountants and review their work where required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- 10-15 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Experience with accounting software/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Knowledge of applicable tax and statutory compliance requirements.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Experience in financial reporting, audit coordination, and month-end closing.

- Experience supervising or mentoring junior accounting staff.
