Senior Account Executive – US Market

We're looking for a closer, not a coordinator.

Hyring is an AI-first recruitment platform that helps companies hire faster with AI-powered screening, AI interviews and a network of recruiting partners. US demand is growing quickly, and we're looking for an exceptional sales professional to lead our growth in the US market.

This is a full-cycle closing role, not an SDR or BDR position. You'll own your deals from first conversation to signed contract, with direct support from the founders and our product team. As one of our early US sales hires, you'll also play a key part in shaping Hyring's US sales engine.

What you'll own

- The full US sales cycle, from research, prospecting and outreach to discovery, demos, negotiation, closure and payment
- Building and managing your pipeline, with accurate forecasting and accountability for revenue
- Selling to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition heads, founders and CXOs at US companies
- Helping define ICPs, target segments and outreach strategy for the US market
- Contributing to a repeatable sales playbook as we scale
- Renewals, upsells and account expansion after the deal closes
- Bringing market feedback directly to the founders and product team

Who you are





- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years closing deals with US clients
- A proven quota-carrying closer with a record of hitting or beating targets
- Experience selling SaaS, HR tech or recruitment solutions (strongly preferred)
- Confident running the full cycle independently, from finding the lead to collecting the payment
- Excellent spoken and written English, and comfortable leading calls with senior US decision-makers
- Hands-on with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, and US dialers
- Self-driven, organised and accountable, and at your best in a quick-moving startup
