Accountant Vacancy – Surat

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant for our Surat location. The candidate should have practical experience in day-to-day accounting, Tally/Tally Prime, GST and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and record manual accounting vouchers.
- Perform day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and file GST returns on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Prepare and file TDS returns on a quarterly basis.
- Calculate and reconcile GST and TDS liabilities.
- Maintain proper books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Assist in finalisation of accounts and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate for accounting, GST and TDS-related requirements.

Required Skills




- Positive practical knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS return filing.
- Ability to prepare and understand accounting vouchers manually.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant practical experience.
- Candidates who can independently handle accounting, GST and TDS compliance will be preferred.
