Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, admission procedures, and institute offerings. The candidate will also support the counselling team, monitor admission performance, and contribute to achieving campus admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Understand students' career interests and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain enquiry records.
- Achieve individual and team-wise admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct effective counselling sessions and admission presentations.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM and prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Telecalling, Academic, and Administration teams.
- Support promotional activities, seminars, career counselling sessions, school/college visits, and admission campaigns.
- Handle parent/student queries and resolve admission-related concerns professionally.




- Monitor the performance of junior counsellors and provide guidance wherever required.
- Share market feedback, student requirements, competitor activities, and admission trends with management.
- Assist the Centre Manager/Branch Manager in achieving overall business and admission objectives.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates with relevant experience in the education/training industry will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards. Pay: ₹12,392.84 - ₹20,531.53 per month
