Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations, coordinate with the Academic Support Group, and ensure smooth execution of academic plans and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the confidence to interact with senior management and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with the Academic Support Group and ensure smooth execution of academic activities.

- Prepare, implement, and monitor lesson plans, academic schedules, and related activities.

- Handle regular follow-ups and task coordination on behalf of the COO to ensure timely completion of assignments.

- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, service providers, and external partners as required.

- Monitor day-to-day academic operations and ensure adherence to planned processes and timelines.

- Track pending activities, prepare updates,



and escalate important matters to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, or a relevant field.

- 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, school operations, or academic administration.

- Strong knowledge of academic operations and lesson planning.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Should be comfortable for late night work and extensive travelling.

- Confident in interacting with senior management, vendors, teachers, and external stakeholders.

- Valuable proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint along with educational and LMS tools.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
