We are looking for a skilled and responsible AC Technician to handle the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair of split AC systems and HVAC systems at our facility.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of air-conditioning systems and be capable of independently carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operation and maintenance of split AC units and HVAC systems.
- Carry out preventive and routine maintenance of AC/HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC-related electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
- Check and maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, blowers, motors, thermostats, sensors, and control systems.
- Perform cleaning of filters, coils, drain lines, and other AC components.
- Check refrigerant pressure and identify refrigerant leakage.
- Attend breakdown calls and restore equipment operation promptly.
- Monitor AC performance and report abnormalities or potential failures.
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs.
- Coordinate with facility/client representatives regarding maintenance requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at the work area.
- Carry out any other AC/HVAC maintenance activities assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Good practical knowledge of Split AC operation and maintenance.




- Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, control wiring, motors, compressors, and relays.
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycle and refrigerant charging/recovery.
- Ability to use basic electrical and HVAC service tools.
- Ability to identify faults and carry out necessary corrective actions.
- Positive safety awareness and disciplined work practices.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), HVAC, Electrical, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AC/HVAC operation and maintenance preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in facility/building maintenance will be preferred.

Other Requirements

- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to attend emergency/breakdown requirements when necessary.
- Local candidates from Thiruvananthapuram or nearby areas are preferred.

Work Location: PMG, Thiruvananthapuram

Duty Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday
