Applicant - Ph.D. from a reputed institution.

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in higher education leadership and administration.
- Prior experience as Principal/Senior Principal heading a reputed college imparting traditional courses.
- Proven success in institutional transformation, admissions growth, placements, research development, and sports excellence.
- Robust leadership, communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates who have successfully undergone the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) process in accordance with UGC norms will have an added advantage.
