Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality and production-ready 3D models using Blender.

- Handle the complete 3D workflow including modelling, topology, UV mapping, texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering.

- Create accurate and detailed product/3D assets as per project specifications.

- Ensure clean topology, proper mesh flow, accurate proportions, and optimized geometry.

- Review and improve existing 3D models based on quality requirements and feedback.

- Optimize models for performance without compromising visual quality.

- Work closely with the technical, testing, and design teams.

- Identify and resolve modelling and asset-quality issues.

- Follow project guidelines, technical specifications, and naming/file-structure standards.

- Review the work of junior 3D artists and provide constructive feedback when required.





- Ensure timely delivery of assigned assets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong and hands-on experience with Blender is mandatory.

- Excellent understanding of 3D modelling and topology.

- Solid knowledge of UV unwrapping, texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering.

- Good understanding of mesh optimization and asset quality.

- Strong attention to detail and understanding of shape, proportion, and geometry.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assets/projects.

- Ability to understand project requirements and implement feedback effectively.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
