Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, drivers, and vehicles.
- Maintain accurate Employee/Visitor Inward and Outward Registers, including name, date, time, department, purpose of visit, and entry/exit details.
- Check incoming and outgoing materials, goods, and vehicles and verify relevant documents or gate passes.
- Coordinate with the weighbridge team and ensure proper vehicle movement as per company procedures.




- Monitor loading and unloading activities and report any irregularities or discrepancies to the concerned supervisor.
- Conduct regular rounds of the factory premises and observe for any unusual or suspicious activities.
- Report any security issues, unauthorized movement, safety hazards, or suspicious activities to the supervisor immediately
- Maintain proper shift handover and follow all security procedures and instructions given by factory management.
