Role Description The Security Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role oversees daily security operations, including planning, implementing, and monitoring security protocols across facilities and systems. The manager coordinates physical security teams, manages incident response, and ensures compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include assessing risks, reviewing security reports, supervising shift schedules, and optimizing security procedures for both physical and digital environments. The role also involves collaborating with management and clients, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in security performance and service quality.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including team leadership, process implementation, and performance monitoring.
