Role & responsibilities :-

Security Operations Management Ability to plan, supervise and monitor day-to-day security operations in a mining environment.

Manpower Management Effective supervision, deployment and discipline management of security guards and supervisors.

Access Control & Surveillance Strong knowledge of gate control, visitor management, vehicle checking, CCTV surveillance and restricted-area access.

Incident Management Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to theft, unauthorized entry, accidents, fire, labour unrest and other emergencies.

Risk Assessment Ability to identify security vulnerabilities and recommend suitable preventive and corrective measures.

Asset & Material Security – Knowledge of material movement control, gate passes, RGP/NRGP, scrap movement and prevention of pilferage.

Investigation Skills – Ability to conduct preliminary investigation, collect facts, preserve evidence and prepare incident reports.

Emergency & Crisis Management – Ability to handle emergency situations, crowd control and coordination with Police, Fire Services and other authorities.

Communication Skills – Good verbal and written communication with employees, contractors,



security personnel and management.

Leadership & Decision-Making – Ability to lead teams, take timely decisions and maintain discipline under challenging situations.

Report Writing & Documentation – Valuable documentation skills and working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Security Technology – Basic knowledge of CCTV, access-control systems, wireless communication, alarms and other electronic security systems.

Industrial Relations Awareness – Ability to manage security requirements during labour disputes, strikes, demonstrations and contractor-related issues.

Coordination Skills – Ability to work effectively with Mines, Operations, HR, EHS, Administration, Logistics and external agencies.

Physical Fitness & Alertness – Physically fit, vigilant and capable of working in outdoor and mine-site conditions.

Integrity & Confidentiality – High level of integrity, discipline, confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualification - Any Graduation (Full Time)

Experience - Min 03 - 05 years
