Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role based at AGI Greenpac’s facility in Gwalior.

The Security

Officer will monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and access permissions, and ensure adherence to site security protocols. The role includes patrolling premises, observing and reporting suspicious activities, and responding to alarms, safety incidents, and emergencies in coordination with internal teams and external agencies as needed.

Officer will maintain security logs and incident reports, support compliance with company safety and security standards,



and assist with visitor management and contractor oversight. The position requires working in shifts, maintaining high vigilance, and contributing to a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid observation, surveillance, and incident reporting skills to ensure proactive risk detection and timely response.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of physical security procedures, access control systems, and basic emergency response protocols.
- Candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, visitors, contractors, and security agencies.
- Candidates should possess sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure in high-stress situations.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy for maintaining digital logs, reports, and using security-related software or devices.
- Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing site security, law enforcement, or defense services is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional security certifications or training in safety and emergency management are an advantage.
- Candidates should be physically fit, able to work shifts, and committed to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality
