Location: Andhra Pradesh – Phase-I Centres

Reports To: Programme Manager – Convergence & Operations

Working Arrangement: Three 8-hour shifts / 24×7 coverage

Wage: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Objective To maintain the safety and security of the ILAC premises, workers, equipment, records and vehicle, including during pre-dawn and night hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide continuous security coverage through three 8-hour shifts.
- Secure the centre premises 24×7.
- Protect IT hardware, furniture, records and other centre assets.
- Prevent and report theft, tampering or damage.
- Maintain orderly queues during peak hiring hours.
- Assist with crowd management around the centre vehicle.
- Monitor worker boarding and alighting areas.
- Report law-and-order concerns, disputes and safety hazards to the Programme Manager.
- Contact local police where appropriate.




- Maintain a visitor log for employers and contractors.
- Ensure a safe workplace for women workers and vulnerable groups.
- Monitor the premises during pre-dawn worker gathering periods.
- Report suspicious activity and security incidents promptly.
- Follow all security procedures prescribed for the ILAC.

Qualifications
- Trained security personnel supplied through a PSARA-licensed agency.
- Preferably ex-servicemen.
- Trained under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
- Physically fit.
- Basic literacy.
- Police-verified.
