Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant, reliable, and professional Security Guard to join our safety team. In this role, you will serve as our primary line of defense against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry. The ideal candidate possesses sharp observational skills, remains calm under pressure, and maintains a polite yet authoritative demeanor when interacting with the public.

Key Responsibilities

Surveillance & Patrols

- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and check for signs of intrusion or hazard.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to catch suspicious or unlawful activity early.
- Inspect access points including doors, windows, gates, and locks to ensure they are secure.

Access Control & Public Relations

- Authorize entry of employees, visitors, and delivery vehicles according to protocol.
- Log visitors by checking identification and issuing appropriate facility badges.
- Provide assistance and clear directions to guests, building a secure, welcoming atmosphere.

Incident & Emergency Management

- Evict trespassers or individuals violating company safety rules using authorized legal protocols.
- Respond to alarms and investigate immediate property disturbances.




- Contact authorities like local police, fire departments, or medical responders in real emergencies.
- Administer first aid or CPR if an accident occurs before emergency teams arrive.

Reporting & Maintenance

- Write detailed reports tracking daily activities, irregular behavior, property damage, or theft.
- Test equipment periodically to confirm that security systems and detectors are fully functional.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Licensing: Valid state-mandated security guard license or registration.
- Experience: Proven experience working as a security officer or within a related field is preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, even during night shifts.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and conflict resolution.
- Certifications: First Aid, CPR, and AED certification is highly advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
