Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage Raw Material Handling Systems for Limestone, Coke, Coal, and SaltPlan and monitor daily activities including raw material receipt, stacking, feeding, and reclaimingEnsure smooth operation of conveying systems (belt conveyors, feeders, crushers, etc.) with minimal downtimeExecute and coordinate preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activitiesCoordinate effectively with Production, Stores, Safety, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted operationsImplement and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and permit-to-work systemsMaintain proper documentation including checklists, maintenance logs, audit records, and operational reportsManage manpower including shift planning, contractor supervision, and skill development initiativesPlan and execute CAPEX jobs in coordination with relevant departmentsPerform job planning, scheduling, and follow-up using SAP PM ModuleEnsure timely material planning, indenting, and closure of maintenance tasksSupport system improvements, modifications, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with IMS documentation, audits,



and record management systemsCarry out physical verification of materials as per company proceduresOperate and monitor Bag Filter systems, ensuring effective dust collection and emission controlCoordinate maintenance and performance monitoring of bag filters, including DP checks and bag replacementOperate and maintain DFDS (Dry Fog Dust Suppression System) to ensure effective dust control and environmentalcomplianceRequired Technical Knowledge:Solid understanding of RMHS equipment, including:Belt ConveyorsApron Feeders / Vibrating FeedersCrushers & ScreensStacker & Reclaimers (Portal & BWSR)Truck Tippler / Truck Unloading SystemsDFDS (Dry Fog Dust Suppression System)Bag Filters / Dust Collection SystemsBelt WeighersWorking knowledge of SAP PM Module for maintenance planning, scheduling, and reportingBasic understanding of PLC/SCADA systems related to RMHS operationsExperience in planner functions, including job planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
