Job Summary

Responsible for operation and maintenance of Raw Material Handling System (RMHS) to ensure uninterrupted handling of limestone, coal, coke, salt, and other bulk materials while maintaining high safety, reliability, and equipment availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage raw material receipt, unloading, stacking, reclaiming, and feeding operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of conveyors, feeders, crushers, screens, stackers & reclaimers, and truck tipplers.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Handle maintenance planning, scheduling, and reporting through SAP PM.
- Supervise manpower, contractors, and shift operations.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, PTW systems, and IMS requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and Safety teams.
- Manage bag filters and DFDS systems for effective dust control and environmental compliance.
- Support CAPEX projects, modifications, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
