ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead with robust agency experience and client-handling skills to lead SEO strategies across multiple client accounts and manage a team of SEO Executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Executives.
- Manage SEO strategies and execution for multiple clients across industries .
- Handle client communication, meetings, reporting, presentations, and strategic discussions .
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies across technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis, and performance tracking .
- Drive organic growth, rankings, traffic, and conversions across client accounts.




- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and emerging search trends.
- Lead implementation of AI-driven SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.

MUST HAVE:

- 7–12 years of SEO experience.
- SEO/Digital Marketing agency experience is mandatory.
- Client handling/account management experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing multiple clients/accounts simultaneously .
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog , etc.
- Mandatory exposure to AI, AEO & GEO.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
