Businesses can use our platform to make the customer feedback and review process simple and convenient.

The Sales Executive will introduce this solution to businesses and help them understand how it can be useful for their business.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit local businesses and introduce our software/product.
- Identify and generate potential business customers.
- Meet business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Explain the product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, demos, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Collect customer feedback and share valuable suggestions with the management team.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality and ability to speak with business owners.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, websites, and digital technology.
- Ability to explain a software product in simple language.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous sales or business development experience will be an advantage.

This is primarily a Field Sales Client Meeting role.

You will be expected to:
