Responsibilities

- Facilitating scrum events and ensuring the team adheres to the Scrum framework and values.

- Coaching and mentoring the team on agile practices, principles, and tools.

- Identifying and removing impediments that hinder the team s progress and performance.

- Fostering a culture of collaboration, communication, and feedback among the team, product owner, and stakeholders.

- Empowering the team to self-organize, make decisions, and deliver value in short iterations.

Qualifications and Requirements





- A minimum of three years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams.

- A certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org (eg, CSM, PSM) supported by relevant experience.

- A proven track record of delivering successful projects using agile methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (eg, Scrum, Kanban), techniques (eg, user stories, backlog refinement), and tools (eg, Jira, Trello, Azure Boards).

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for continuous learning, improvement, and customer satisfaction.
