nAbout the Role -

nWe are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Script Writer who can write compelling Telugu and English scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.

n

nThe ideal candidate understands storytelling, audience psychology, viral content, and social media trends, and can turn an idea into a script that captures attention and keeps viewers watching.

nKey Responsibilities -

n

- Write engaging Telugu and English scripts for Reels, Shorts, and social media campaigns.
n
- Create strong 0–3 second hooks that immediately grab attention.
n
- Develop high-retention scripts with a clear hook → story → payoff → CTA structure.
n
- Research trending topics, viral videos, formats, and content styles.
n
- Convert trends and concepts into original, relatable, and engaging scripts.
n
- Write content across different tones, including educational, promotional, entertaining, emotional, and storytelling-based content.
n
- Understand audience psychology and use curiosity, emotion, relatability, and storytelling to improve retention.
n
- Collaborate with the video editing and creative team to ensure the final content matches the script.
n
- Adapt scripts based on performance, trends, and audience response.
n
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and emerging content trends.

nRequirements -

n

- 1–3 years of experience in script writing, content writing,



or social media content creation.
n
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in both Telugu and English.
n
- Ability to write conversational and engaging content rather than generic or overly formal copy.
n
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content.
n
- Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and high-retention narratives.
n
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
n
- Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
n
- Ability to research and turn information into engaging stories.
n
- Good understanding of CTAs and content structures.
n
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple scripts.
n
- Willingness to work full-time from our Hitech City office.
