Responsibilities:

n

n1. Coordinate and supervise shift operations to meet productivity targets and quality standards.

n2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

n3. Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives

n4. Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift

n5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed

n6. Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts

n7. Ensure a safe and clean work environment

n

nDesire Profile:

n

n1. Hands-on experience of Screen-Printing operations (Auto & Manual Printing m/c)

n2. Hands-on experience of Prepress operations, Color Mixing / Shade Matching

n3. Positive knowledge of Screen-printing operations and trouble shooting

n4. Maintain daily Printing Machine reports
