Job Summary

We are looking for a SCM Executive with 0–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably with basic knowledge of laundry operations and linen management.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting procurement, inventory, linen movement, vendor coordination, and supply chain activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day SCM and inventory activities.
- Coordinate procurement and timely availability of materials, linen, and consumables.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor linen movement, dispatch, receipt, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with laundry plants, hospitals/campuses, vendors, and internal teams.
- Track material requirements and raise purchase requests as required.
- Assist in vendor coordination and follow-up for timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and support reorder planning.
- Maintain MIS reports related to inventory,



procurement, and linen.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SCM processes. Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in SCM, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
- Basic understanding of laundry operations and linen management will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage day-to-day operational requirements.
- Candidates from the laundry, healthcare, hospitality, facility management, or textile industry will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For A proactive and organized professional who can effectively coordinate material, inventory, linen, and vendor requirements and contribute to smooth supply chain operations. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
