Role Overview As a Scientific Computing / Research Engineering Expert – Earth Sciences , you will:

- Design realistic scientific computing tasks based on real-world Earth Science workflows
- Build computational workflows involving climate, atmospheric, geological, hydrological, oceanographic, and environmental data
- Develop reproducible environments and validate scientific outputs
- Create evaluation criteria to assess AI-generated solutions and scientific accuracy

Required Skills & Experience





- PhD, postdoctoral experience, or equivalent advanced technical experience in Earth Sciences or related fields
- Strong expertise in at least one Earth Science domain
- Experience with scientific programming using:

- Python

- MATLAB/Octave or similar tools

- Experience with

- Scientific data processing

- Numerical modeling

- Geospatial analysis

- Environmental datasets
- Time-series analysis
- Linux/terminal-based environments
