Role Overview

We are looking for more than just a Teacher. We need a warm, nurturing, and responsible individual who can be a 'second mother' to our youngest learners — providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children in Std 1 and 2 build strong academic foundations along with emotional and social confidence. This role is based at our new CBSE school and is a unique opportunity to shape the earliest and most formative years of a child's school life.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Lesson Planning

- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the CBSE Science curriculum
- Prepare micro and macro lesson plans in advance
- Design competency-based assessments as per CBSE guidelines

Scientific Curiosity & Student Engagement

- Design and run creative experiments, project work, and inquiry-based activities for students
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross-curricular and real-world learning
- Organize events like Science Fairs, Quizzes, Exhibitions, and Field Trips
- Curate science corners, models, and displays to inspire independent exploration

Classroom & Laboratory Teaching

- Deliver engaging, concept-driven Science lessons




- Conduct and supervise practical/lab sessions safely and effectively
- Use varied teaching methods to address different learning levels
- Maintain classroom discipline and an effective learning environment

Assessment & Student Progress

- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations
- Track student progress and provide timely feedback
- Support students who need additional academic help

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, and assessment reports
- Follow CBSE documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning and reviews

Eligibility and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science with B.Ed
- CTET/TET qualified as per CBSE norms
- 2-3 years subject-teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and competency-based assessment patterns
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and classroom technology
- Comfortable with digital tools and basic computer skills

Work Schedule & Conditions:

Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Location: Tapovan Vatsalyadham Residential School, Tapovan Sanskarpith, Amiyapur, Sabarmati–Gandhinagar Highway, P.O. Sughad, Tal. Chandkheda, Dist. Gandhinagar, 382424

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
