This is not a typical internship.

SkillsNCR is building its SchoolReady initiative in Gurugram, and we are looking for a small crew of energetic students and young people to help us run two live school activations.

We are especially interested in people who have ideas, energy and the confidence to actually execute them.

You might be a college student, undergraduate, recent graduate or someone early in your career. You do not need an impressive CV.

You do need initiative.

What will you actually do?

You will help us turn a small school-event stall into something children genuinely want to visit and parents want to understand.

Depending on your strengths, you may:

- welcome and engage children and parents;
- run short, safe and repeatable science or STEM activities;
- demonstrate compelling experiments or interactive activities;
- help children participate rather than simply watch;
- brainstorm creative attractions for the stall;
- manage queues, materials and the overall counter;
- explain the SkillsNCR activity to parents;
- help interested parents scan the event QR and complete the SchoolReady Fit Check;
- support registrations and event follow-ups;
- help with event setup and closing;
- observe what children and parents respond to and tell us what we should improve.

Ideas could include simple science experiments, hands-on challenges,



personalised merchandise, rapid games, puzzles or other activities that make children stop, participate and remember the experience.

Important: Any experiment must be approved in advance and safe for a school environment. Do not independently use dry ice, chemicals, heat, pressure or similar materials without an approved activity and safety process.

Who we are looking for

We care much more about your attitude and execution than your degree.

You may be a good fit if you:

- are comfortable approaching and speaking with children and parents;
- bring energy instead of waiting continuously for instructions;
- can think of creative activities and then help make them happen;
- are dependable — if you say you will be there, you show up;
- can work as part of a small team;
- communicate comfortably in Hindi and English;
- can handle a busy event environment;
- are curious and willing to learn quickly;
- are based in or can reliably travel to Gurugram.

Previous event, sales, teaching or promotional experience is not required. What we care about most

We are looking for evidence of:

Initiative. Ownership. Reliability. Creativity. Communication.

Certificates and polished CVs matter much less.

Opportunity beyond these two events

These are initially event-based positions.

Strong performers may get opportunities to work with SkillsNCR on future school activations, residential-community events, outreach, student engagement and other early-stage projects as we grow.

We are still an early-stage company. There is no large team or established corporate structure behind you. You will be working close to the people building the company.

That is exactly why the opportunity can be interesting for someone who wants real responsibility early.

Commercial terms

Event compensation, incentives and any activity-linked commercial arrangement will be confirmed with selected candidates in writing before engagement begins.

No candidate should assume a payment or revenue-sharing structure unless it has been explicitly confirmed.
