Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic, emotional, social, and behavioural concerns.
- Conduct life skills sessions focusing on communication, confidence, decision-making, emotional well-being, and interpersonal skills.
- Identify students requiring additional support and coordinate with teachers and parents as appropriate.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and student progress reports.
- Conduct workshops and awareness sessions for students, parents, and teachers.
- Support students in developing positive behaviour, self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to address student well-being and behavioural concerns.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certification/Diploma in counselling and guidance preferred.
- Prior experience as a School Counsellor, Psychologist, or in a similar role.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, counselling, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Experience working with school students and adolescents preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
