We are looking for a School Operations Associate who will take ownership of coordinating QShala’s school programs, working closely with schools, facilitators, parents, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling, communication, logistics, and execution of learning programs and events.

About the position?

- Communication and management of QShala schedule with various stakeholders (schools, organizations, parents);
- Scheduling and management of trainings for employees; Establish relationships with full-time and part-time facilitators across the country;
- Establish regular feedback cycles and obtain from various stakeholders;




- Operational assistance and logistics management for scheduled events/programs across cities and/or online engagements.
- Create and communicate materials - (both physical and online) and reports for participating organizations, schools, and facilitators;
- Willing to travel as when required in and around Bangalore Apart from the functions listed above, the new hire may also be expected to assist with peripheral activities such as classroom/event management. Who is this role ideal for?
- Any undergraduate degree is sufficient Is friendly and has an ability to build trust quickly over the phone and through email;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to learn quickly on the job and have a problem-solving approach;
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Should be comfortable with MS Office;
