Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment of academic and non-academic staff
- Manpower planning, onboarding and employee documentation
- Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
- Employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters
- Performance management, probation, confirmations and appraisals
- HR policies, contracts and statutory compliance
- Staff engagement, training and development
- Exit management and Full & Final coordination
- HR MIS and reporting to Management
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
