looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants with strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, enhancement, integration, support, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding based on business requirements.
- Work on end-to-end RCM processes including:

- Job Requisition Management

- Candidate Profile

- Application Management

- Candidate Status

- Interview Management

- Offer Management

- Recruiting Marketing integration
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 processes.
- Configure onboarding programs, activities, panels, forms, emails and notifications.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects and RBP.




- Integrate RCM and Onboarding with Employee Central and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Perform data migration, data validation, testing and production deployment.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to RCM and Onboarding.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design and functional specifications.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT and regression testing.
- Prepare configuration documents, test cases and technical/functional documentation.
- Coordinate with business users, integration teams and technical teams.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to junior consultants.
- Participate in SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement and support projects.

Required Experience
- 7 to 15 years of overall IT/HR technology experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant SuccessFactors RCM/Onboarding experience preferred.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding business processes.
- Experience working with RBP, MDF, Business Rules and Workflows.
- Experience with integrations between RCM, ONB and Employee Central.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
