Role & responsibilities (Pan India)

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to manage and deliver Employee Central implementation, rollout, enhancement and support activities. The candidate should have robust expertise in EC configuration, business rules, workflows, MDF, RBP and employee lifecycle processes, with the ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central including employee data, organizational structures and employee lifecycle processes.
- Work on Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, EC Data Models and Manage Data.
- Configure Business Rules, Workflows, Events and Derivations in Employee Central.
- Configure and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), permission groups and access controls.
- Handle Employee Central implementations, rollouts, enhancements and production support.




- Gather business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors EC solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, solution design, UAT and issue resolution.
- Perform data migration, employee data imports, validation and reconciliation.
- Work on integrations between SuccessFactors EC and SAP HCM/ECC and other HR systems.
- Coordinate with integration teams on SAP CPI/BTP, OData APIs and web services where applicable.
- Support employee lifecycle processes such as hire, rehire, transfer, promotion, termination and organizational changes.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios and implementation documentation.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot configuration and integration-related issues.
- Participate in workshops, UAT, training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
