We are looking for an experienced ??? ?????????????? ?????????? to configure and support the SuccessFactors estate across Employee Central and adjacent talent modules, including replication and permissions work aligned with the SAP HCM back end.

To own SuccessFactors configuration and defect resolution so that employee data, workflows, and permissions stay correct across the modules in scope.

✅ Configure Employee Central, including foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and event reasons

✅ Configure talent modules in scope such as Performance and Goals, Learning, or Compensation

✅ Maintain role-based permissions and resolve access defects at root cause

✅ Support data migration, mass changes, and imports with validation and rollback evidence

✅ Configure and troubleshoot replication and integration with the SAP HCM back end

✅ Perform root cause analysis on workflow, permission, and data replication failures

✅ Maintain position management, org structure,



and reporting line integrity

✅ Support UAT, training, and post go-live optimisation for each module

✅ Prepare for and apply half-yearly SuccessFactors releases with impact assessment before enablement

✅ Maintain configuration workbooks, permission matrices, and runbooks

✔️ Hands-on SuccessFactors configuration in Employee Central

✔️ Experience in at least one Talent module

✔️ Role-based permissions design and troubleshooting

✔️ Integration and replication between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or S/4HANA

✔️ Business rules, workflows, and event reason derivation

✔️ Release management experience including half-yearly release impact assessment

✔️ Experience in Level 3 / Level 4 application support

✔️ Robust troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills

✔️ Employee Central Payroll or Time exposure
