We are seeking an experienced SAP SD IT Analyst with 67 years of functional SAP experience to support, implement, and enhance SAP Source-to-Pay, Procurement, and related enterprise application processes within a global environment. The role will focus on SAP SD configuration, business process analysis, application support, enhancements, integration, and continuous improvement across purchasing, supplier management, invoicing, and inventory-related processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional expertise, experience with end-to-end implementations, and the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 6–7 years of relevant functional SAP IT Analyst / SAP Consulting experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) configuration, support, and enhancement activities.

- Experience working with SAP ERP in a global enterprise environment.

- Experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.

- Robust understanding of SAP business processes and integration with related modules such as MM, FI, and other enterprise applications.

- Experience with SAP Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchasing, supplier management, invoice verification, and inventory-related processes.

- Experience with E-Invoicing solutions and integration with SAP.

- Experience participating in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

- Strong experience in SAP configuration, functional troubleshooting, defect resolution, and change requests.





- Ability to evaluate standard SAP functionality and recommend configuration or custom solutions based on business requirements.

- Experience supporting global, regional, and regulatory business processes.

- Knowledge of SAP integration with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.

- Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions, such as SAP Joule, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies, is desirable.

- Exposure to process automation and digitalization initiatives is desirable.

- Strong understanding of IT service management, change management, testing, documentation, and production support processes.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with global cross-functional teams.

- Willingness to participate in rotational on-call support and provide support during non-standard working hours when required.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for SAP SD and related enterprise applications across global business operations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions.

- Configure and enhance SAP SD functionality based on business and process requirements.

- Support Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes including purchasing, supplier collaboration, invoice verification, and inventory-related activities.





- Support integration between SAP and E-Invoicing or other third-party enterprise applications.

- Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely functional resolutions.

- Evaluate standard SAP functionality and recommend standard solutions wherever possible, while identifying appropriate custom solutions when required.

- Participate in SAP implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

- Develop and execute test scenarios, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Work closely with business users, process owners, technical teams, vendors, and global IT stakeholders.

- Support regional and regulatory requirements while maintaining alignment with global SAP templates and standards.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization, digitalization, automation, and improved user productivity.

- Support adoption of AI-enabled solutions and automation technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.

- Participate in change management activities for SAP implementations, enhancements, and business process changes.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of SAP processes with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other enterprise applications.

- Support critical production issues and participate in rotational on-call support when required.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on procurement efficiency, supplier collaboration, cost optimization, compliance, inventory effectiveness, and process productivity.
