Role & responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day activities related to the SAP SD module.

- Manage and support the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

- Create and process Sales Orders, Quotations, Inquiries, Deliveries and Billing Documents.

- Handle Delivery, Picking and PGI (Post Goods Issue) processes.

- Work on Pricing and Condition Records.

- Handle customer and material master-related activities.

- Support Returns, Credit Memo and Debit Memo processes.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Graduate in B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc / B.Com / MBA / MCA or any relevant field.

- SAP SD certification or formal SAP SD training will be an added advantage.

- Freshers with strong SAP SD knowledge and practical training can also apply.

- Positive understanding of SAP SD Module.

- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
