Mandatory Skills:

- Solid SAP SD functional experience
- Pharma Domain experience
- AMS / Production Support experience
- SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- OTC processes
- SD configuration and troubleshooting
- Pricing procedures and special business processes
- Master Data
- Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Incident / Ticket management and SLA adherence
- RCA and post-go-live support
- Cross-functional integration with FI, MM, LE, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS and PS
- Experience in implementation, rollout and support projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle SAP SD AMS support and priority-based tickets
- Understand business requirements and provide effective solutions
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents
- Perform RCA and contribute to process improvements
- Support post-go-live activities
- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments
- Interact with clients and manage client-facing activities
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide status updates
