About the Role erpOI is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate SAP implementation and transformation projects from planning through successful delivery.

The role will be responsible for project planning, governance, workstream coordination, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, testing, cutover, go-live readiness, stakeholder management, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing SAP or enterprise IT projects and be confident working with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, integration teams, testing teams, implementation partners, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Governance

- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering activities, milestones, dependencies, resources, and critical paths.
- Establish project timelines and track progress against agreed baselines.
- Coordinate activities across SAP functional, technical, integration, data, testing, security, and business workstreams.
- Establish project governance, meeting cadence, reporting standards, and escalation processes.

SAP Workstream Coordination

- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams across relevant workstreams.
- Manage dependencies between SAP configuration, development, integration, data migration, testing, and business activities.
- Track functional and technical deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with integration teams on interfaces, APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, SAP consultants, technical teams, and implementation partners.

RAID & Dependency Management

- Own and maintain the RAID log covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
- Ensure risks and issues have clear owners, action plans, target dates, and mitigation measures.




- Proactively identify cross-workstream dependencies and potential project impacts.
- Escalate critical risks and issues through appropriate governance channels.
- Conduct regular RAID reviews and track actions through to closure.

Testing & Defect Management

- Track test preparation, execution, defects, resolution, and sign-off.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, and business teams to resolve critical defects.
- Monitor testing progress against the agreed schedule.
- Escalate testing risks that may impact project timelines or go-live readiness.

Cutover & Go-Live

- Support the development and maintenance of the cutover plan.
- Coordinate cutover activities across business, functional, technical, integration, data, and infrastructure teams.
- Track cutover dependencies, prerequisites, owners, and completion status.
- Coordinate go-live readiness activities and governance.
- Support hypercare planning and transition to support/operations teams.

Project Reporting & Management Information

- Consolidate workstream updates into explicit management-level reporting.
- Report on project status, milestones, schedule, RAID, testing, dependencies, resources, decisions, and upcoming activities.
- Provide early visibility of potential delays, risks, and issues.
- Prepare Steering Committee and senior management presentations.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a central coordination point between business and IT/project teams.
- Lead project meetings, workstream meetings, status calls, and governance sessions.




- Ensure clear ownership of actions and deliverables.
- Follow up proactively with stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
- Facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues and dependencies.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with project stakeholders and implementation partners.

Project Tracking & Documentation

- Maintain integrated project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, action and decision logs, dependency trackers, resource trackers, testing dashboards, defect trackers, and cutover trackers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience managing SAP implementation, SAP transformation, or enterprise IT projects.
- Strong understanding of the SAP project lifecycle and implementation methodology.
- Experience coordinating multiple project workstreams and implementation partners.
- Experience with RAID, risk, issue, action, and dependency management.
- Experience coordinating SAP testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and business validation.
