We are looking for an experienced SAP PP HANA / S/4HANA Production Planning Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP PP configuration, business process design, integration, testing, and deployment across manufacturing environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP PP / S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.
- Configure Production Planning processes including:
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- BOM and Work Centers
- Routing and Production Versions
- Demand Management
- Production Orders
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control
- MRP Live / MRP on HANA
- Configure and support S/4HANA PP functionalities.
- Work on master-data setup including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Center and Production Version.
- Handle integration with MM, SD, QM, CO and WM/EWM modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments.
- Conduct SIT, UAT,
integration testing and defect resolution.
- Support data migration, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
- Analyze production planning issues and provide functional solutions.
- Conduct workshops, user training and prepare functional documentation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and offshore/onshore teams.
Mandatory Skills
1. SAP PP / S/4HANA PP 8+ years
2. End-to-end SAP PP Implementation experience
3. Robust hands-on experience in MRP / MRP Live, Production Orders, BOM, Routing & Work Centers
4. Integration knowledge with MM, SD, QM and CO
5. Strong experience in S/4HANA implementation, testing, cutover and go-live
Good to Have
- SAP PP certification
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2020/2021/2022/2023 or later
- Experience in Discrete / Process Manufacturing
- PP-PI exposure
- SAP Fiori apps related to PP
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices / Fit-to-Standard
- Experience with global implementation projects
