Experience: 6-8 Years Role: SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant - AMS Support Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for SAP OTC processes and resolve incidents within SLA. Support sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and customer master data. Analyze business issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions. Work on enhancements, change requests, testing, and production deployments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, EDI, and technical teams. Prepare functional specifications and support UAT activities.

Required Skills 6-8 years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC experience. Robust knowledge of Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Output Determination.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. Good understanding of IDocs, interfaces, EDI, and integrations with FI/MM. Exposure to AMS support processes, ITIL, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira). Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
