Job details

We are looking for an SAP O&M; Support Engineer with experience in Power/Renewable O&M; and SAP processes. The role involves supporting site operations through SAP, managing plant master data, providing SAP support/training, and coordinating with Finance, Purchase, Stores, IT and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Support SAP PM, MM, FICO/FICA and SD processes for O&M; operations.
- Manage SAP PM master data, plant data and KDS for current and existing plants.
- Support SAP PM implementation, testing and data validation.
- Provide SAP support and training to site engineers.
- Handle PR/PO, invoice processing,



VIM and SAP Ariba related activities.
- Support IT asset management and asset capitalization.
- Coordinate with Finance, Stores, Procurement, IT and vendors for issue resolution.
- Track statutory payments, BG/LC renewals and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS, provisioning reports and support intercompany/foreign payment processes.
- Support Solar & Wind plant O&M; teams with SAP-related requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in O&M; in Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution or Renewable Energy.
- Good understanding of O&M; processes, safety tagging systems and safety norms.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP PM/MM/FICO.
- Exposure to SAP SD, FICA, VIM and Ariba will be preferred.
- Good understanding of Stores, Finance, Procurement and O&M; processes in SAP.
- Should be willing to learn and develop expertise in SAP.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
