We are looking for an experienced SAP MM P2P Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Procurement and Inventory Management. The candidate should have good knowledge of the complete Procure-to-Pay cycle, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Verification and integration with SAP FI.

The candidate should have experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, with strong configuration, testing, support and business-process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP MM Procurement and Inventory Management processes.
- Handle the complete P2P cycle from Purchase Requisition through invoice verification.
- Configure and support Purchase Requisition (PR) processes.
- Configure Purchase Orders (PO) including document types, number ranges, item categories and account assignment.
- Configure release/approval strategies for PRs and POs.
- Work on Goods Receipt (GR) and material movement processes.




- Configure and support Invoice Verification and 3-way matching.
- Maintain and support purchasing master data including:

- Material Master

- Vendor/Business Partner

- Purchasing Info Records

- Source Lists

- Quota Arrangements
- Handle inventory management and stock movement processes.
- Work on valuation and account determination in coordination with FI.
- Support MM-FI integration for procurement and inventory transactions.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to procurement and inventory.
- Prepare functional specifications for required enhancements.
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT and regression testing.
- Support data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
- Interact with procurement, warehouse, finance and business stakeholders.
- Provide production support and root-cause analysis.
