Role Description The SAP MM professional will manage and optimize materials management processes within Caparo Engineering’s SAP environment.

Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SAP MM modules, handling purchasing, inventory management, and goods receipt processes, and ensuring accurate master data for materials and vendors. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into system solutions, and support end users through issue resolution and training.



The professional will participate in process improvement initiatives, testing new functionalities, and supporting integrations with other SAP modules such as FICO.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Madurai Area.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of SAP MM and related Business Process design and optimization.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, data validation, and process improvement.
- Experience in Consulting or internal stakeholder collaboration to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP FICO integration points and cross-module process flows.
- Hands-on experience with Master Data management, including material and vendor records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments is beneficial.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in office within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of standard SAP implementation methodologies, testing practices, and documentation.
