Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead with 16+ years of overall experience to lead and manage SAP Materials Management (MM) operations and implementation/support activities in Lagos, Nigeria.

Candidates with strong experience in the Oil & Gas or Mining industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP MM implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement activities.
- Manage end-to-end SAP MM processes, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Master, and Vendor Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Lead configuration, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
- Ensure integration of SAP MM with FI, CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM and other relevant modules.
- Provide guidance and leadership to SAP MM team members.
- Handle critical production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams where required.
- Drive process improvements and SAP best practices.
- Participate in audits, documentation, user training,



and knowledge-transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 16+ years of SAP experience with robust expertise in SAP MM.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM implementation/support/rollout projects.
- Excellent understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master and Invoice Verification.
- Experience in SAP integration with other modules.
- Strong stakeholder and team-management skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Oil & Gas / Mining industry experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable working and relocating to Lagos, Nigeria.
