The ideal candidate should have robust SAP ERP experience, hands-on experience with SAP MDG or comparable Master Data Management platforms, and functional expertise in Asset and/or Material Master Data.
This is a client-facing consulting role involving requirement gathering, solution design, data governance, workflow design, and collaboration with technical/build teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Define business rules, data standards, governance workflows, and master data requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs for data governance processes, validation rules, and approval workflows.
- Work closely with technical/build teams to define requirements for RFCs, function modules, and SAP enhancements.
- Design and validate data quality rules, classification structures, and master data models.
- Support configuration and testing of governance workflows.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams from solution design through go-live and stabilization.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and test scripts.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on SAP master data structures and data governance practices.
- Support the sales cycle through product demonstrations and SOW preparation.
