- 10–14 years of SAP experience, including strong SAP FICO expertise.
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing SAP teams, including functional and Basis consultants.
- Experience in SAP support, governance, incident and problem management.
- Working knowledge of SAP SD, MM, PS and GRC; SAP RE-FX experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP integrations, external support partners, ITGC controls and audits.
- Solid stakeholder communication, escalation management and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Commerce or a related field. Relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
