The candidate will be responsible for functional testing, test case preparation and execution, defect management, regression testing, and supporting SIT/UAT activities across SAP HR and SuccessFactors processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and functional testing for SAP HCM/HR and SuccessFactors.
- Validate end-to-end HR business processes across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Perform testing for areas such as:

- Employee master data

- Personnel Administration (PA)

- Organizational Management (OM)

- Time Management
- Payroll-related processes
- Employee and manager self-service

- Employee Central
- Employee data integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Validate data flow and integrations between SAP HCM/HR and SuccessFactors.
- Prepare and maintain test scripts, test data, expected results, and execution evidence.
- Execute test cases and document actual results against expected results.
- Perform defect analysis and coordinate with functional and technical teams for resolution.
- Conduct regression testing after defect fixes and system changes.




- Support business users during UAT and assist with issue resolution and clarification.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, test planning, defect triage, and status meetings.
- Ensure test execution is completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare testing status reports, defect reports, and test completion/sign-off documentation.
- Exposure to SAP Payroll testing.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM / SAP HR functional processes.
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably Employee Central.
- Good understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience in preparing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Positive understanding of test data preparation and validation.
- Experience in defect logging, tracking, retesting, and closure.
- Basic understanding of SAP GUI and relevant SAP HCM transactions.
- Ability to analyze requirements and identify positive, negative, and boundary test scenarios.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
